The data is deleted within the period that is enabled in the social network where the entity has an open profile or at the moment in which the owner of the data requests the deletion and/or opposition to the processing of their data for the indicated purpose. The legal basis for processing your data will be the explicit consent of the interested party given at the time they subscribe to the profile opened by Laboratorio CIFGA S.A. in the social network of Facebook and also when interacting with the entity through said profile through comments, opinions, sharing the published content or tagging the entity in the publications of the interested party. Your data will not be communicated to third parties except legal obligation. International transfers of your data to third countries are not foreseen. You have the right to access, rectify, delete or oppose the processing of your data, as well as to withdraw your consent, directing a written communication, duly signed, accompanied by a photocopy of ID, to Laboratorio CIFGA S.A., address at Avda. Benigno Rivera, nº 56, CP 27003, in Lugo. or through the email info@cifga.com. If you consider that any of the aforementioned rights have not been respected, you will have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection.
