Obxectivo temático 8: Promover a sustentabilidade e a calidade no Emprego e favorecer a mobilidade laboral
Prioridade de investimento 8.4: A igualdade entre homes e mulleres en todas as áreas, incluído o acceso ao Emprego e á carreira profesional e a conciliación da vida laboral e a privada, así como a promoción do salario igualitario pola realización do mesmo traballo.
Obxectivo Específico 8.4.2: (Re) integrar e manter no mercado laboral as persoas con dependentes ao seu cargo, a través de medidas de conciliación da vida laboral as persoas con dependentes ao seu cargo, a través de medidas de conciliación da vida persoal e laboral, e fomentar a igualdade de xénero no ámbito formativo, educativo e laboral.
Campo de intervención 105: Igualdade entre mulleres e homes en todos os ámbitos, sobre todo no acceso ao Emprego, ao desenvolvemento da carreira e a conciliación do traballo e da vida privada.
Actuación: 119: Adopción de medidas de conciliación e fomento da igualdade laboral.

Thematic objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labour mobility.
Investment priority 8.4: Equality between men and women in all areas, including access to employment, career progression, reconciliation of work and private life, and promotion of equal pay for equal work.
Specific Objective 8.4.2: (Re)integrate and maintain in the labor market people with dependents at their charge, through measures to reconcile work life with dependent persons in their charge, through measures to reconcile personal life and labour, and promote gender equality in the educational, work and educational environment.
