ALERTOX-NET project aims to facilitate market delivery of safer seafood products by putting at disposal of affected industries a new toxicity alert system for prevention strategies/processes across the value chain. This will consist in designing DETECTION/ALERT METHODS which will be effective, feasible and easy-to-understand and apply by the industry, and also promote a new regulatory framework namely for emerging toxins, thanks to the demonstration of the system in operation/in the field.
In order to discuss and stablish the strategy of the detection/alert system, a Transnational Strategic Workshop will take place o Feb 25th online by Video Call, Microsoft Teams. Join us!
